Experience has a way of lowering the drama while improving the accuracy. You stop asking if something will go sideways and start wondering when. Not because you're negative. Because you've been outside before.

Everybody's got that look after enough years. Calm. Slightly tired. Already adjusting the plan.

We've seen rushed fixes become expensive repairs. We've seen confidence outrun common sense. We've seen projects gain personality halfway through.

And somehow, here we are again.

Well, it ain't ideal, but we've definitely seen worse.
